Is Starfleet Dental a cult? What is the Book of Butts and who is the Dear Leader?

Many people in Drozana have heard of the book of butts its like bible verses made by Dentals about Butts and other Dentals and usually makes them look like the good guys when really they are not good at all but the bad guys. 

Usually in Droz people think Butts is the leader but also there is the dear deader who comes sometimes and tells other people to spam zone for him because he is always silenced. They made the book of butts and spam zone chat with it and try to make everyone believe butts is a good person and a spirit guy and some Dentals say they are monks of butts and they say things like "praise butts" a lot. 

This is interesting information from another Droz player who has background on the book of butts and why all dentals are just the puppets of butts and dear leader and treat him almost like a god or something like cults do.
